Summer is here! I’m sharing our best BBQ recipes – mains and sides – that can be made in 30 minutes or less. I figure some of you, like me, love eating food made on the grill, but don’t want spend a lot of time cooking and prepping on a lazy summer day.
I love grilling – the flavors, the faster clean up, being outdoors.
We have a ton of easy BBQ recipes on Two Kooks, but for this post, I stuck to the quick and easy ones. All the sides are vegetarian. I’m thinking about BBQ dinner ideas Part 2 which would included recipes that take longer but well worth it.
The 30 minute BBQ recipes take advantage of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Although, admittedly, I tend to grill all year long.
