We’re sharing a collection of easy Labour Day Recipes that take 30 minutes or less to make with tons of flavour from fresh local ingredients. Mix ‘n match – appetizers, mains, sides and desserts.
Well, here we go again. End of summer – the summer which we look forward to every year and hate to see fade out. We’re trying to look on the bright side, meaning stunning Fall colours (we live in Canada) and a beautiful bounty of fruits and vegetables. So, with that in mind, we thought we would put together some Labour Day Recipes (in 30 Minutes or Less) if you’re planning to celebrate with friends or family and don’t want to put excessive energy into cooking – which is where we’re at this year.
All the recipes below are quick and easy to make, most are vegetarian and all can be made ahead, at least partially. And, except for a couple of the desserts, all use fresh local ingredients.
