Sriracha Aioli (3 Ingredients, 2 Minutes)
This is the lazy way to make a deliciously, creamy, tangy, spicy sriracha aioli. No equipment, 3 ingredients, 2 minutes. We'll call it a quick recipe for a semi homemade aioli. Use it as a condiment, dip or drizzle on countless foods to give them a flavorful kick.

Servings (change as needed): 9 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, Note 1
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste), Note 2
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (or lemon juice) (about 1/2 a lime)
- pinch kosher salt if needed
- Optional add-ins: a drop of sesame oil, a few drops maple syrup or honey, 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic.
MAKE SRIRACHA AIOLI: Recipe can be halved, doubled or tripled. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Taste, then add a pinch of salt, more sriracha, lime or optional ingredients to your taste.
SERVING OPTIONS: Drizzle on tacos, sandwiches, burgers, roasted veggies, as a dip for fries or fried fish, on crab cakes, salmon, chicken kabobs, etc.
- Mayonnaise options:
- Use full fat or low fat mayonnaise or miracle whip.
- For a low calorie, low fat version, use low fat Greek yogurt instead of mayo. You will need to add some spices to boost the flavor (salt, pepper, herbs, a touch of Dijon mustard, etc). Alternatively, use a low/no fat mayo.
- For a vegan version, use vegan mayo.

- Sriracha substitutes:
- Sambal oelek
- Gochujang (very spicy) or other Asian garlic chili sauce
- Harissa (Mediterranean)
- Tabasco sauce.
